Eli’s practice is concentrated in Real Estate, Real Estate Taxation, Municipal, and Business Law. He has successfully appealed real estate assessments for hundreds of properties. Eli works with a number of closely held family companies and has been involved with multiple foreign direct investments in US real estate projects. Eli serves as an administrative Law Judge for the City of Chicago.
Eli graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor degree in Finance. He received his Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law and his L.L.M in Real Estate Law with honors from John Marshall Law School. He is admitted to practice law in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and the US District Court of the Northern District of Illinois. Eli also holds a managing broker’s licenses in the State of Illinois.
